STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE:

Siena's recipe for a nutritious power start to the day:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic yogurt or soy yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of fruit juice or soy milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • vanilla whey protein powder or hemp powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS: Put all ingredients in blender and press 'on'. Don't forget your hearing protectors!
